3.7.4.3
A forfeited match is a match in which one of the 2 athletes/teams is
not present when the order of shooting is decided (when shooting
alternately) or in which 1 athlete/team has not shot any arrows at the
end of the first end/set is not present at the start of the match (both
athletes/teams shooting at the same time). The athlete/team not present
when the order of shooting is decided or not shooting the first end
present at the start of the match will be declared the loser winner of
that match.
3.7.4.3 جریمه مسابقه برای مسابقا که هر کدام از دو ورزشکار/ تیم که در زمان تصمیم گیری در باره اینکه چه کسی اول شروع کند حضور نداشته باشد 0 (در تیراندازی متناوب) یا زمانی که هرکدام از یک ورزشکاران/تیم هیچ تیری ذر اند/ ست اول مسابقه تیر نزده باشند در زمین شروع بازی در زمین حضور نداشته باشند ( زمانی که همزمان تیراندازی می کنند ) ، ورزشکار/تیم که در زمان تصمیم گیری در زمان انتخاب شروع کننده بازی یا شروع مسابقه حذفی هیچ تیری ذر اند/ ست اول مسابقه تیر نزده باشند در زمین حضور دارد بازنده ،برنده اعلام می شود .

3.19.1.1 For World Archery Championships, this practice will be for a minimum of 20 minutes and a maximum of 45 minutes on all days of the Qualification Round. However, all practice must cease at least 15 minutes before the competition starts. Practice ends with the pulling of the practice arrows. The practice targets will be set up at the first distance to be shot by each class. When shooting the Elimination Round and Finals Round, the organisers may decide on the length of the practice period taking into account the schedule for each day. At other FITA events practice will be for a maximum of 45 minutes but may be less, and the competition will start as soon as possible.
3.19.1.1. برای مسابقات قهرمانی جهان ، زمان تمرین حداقل 20 دقیقه و حداکثر 45 دقیقه در تمام روزهای دور مقدماتی است . اما در تمام حالتها باید حداقل 15 دقیقه قبل از مسابقه باشد زمان تیراندازی در تمرین به همراه کشیدن تیرها می باشد. سیبل های تمرین در اولین مسافت برای هر گروه سنی چیده می شو د . در زمان مسابقات حذفی و فینال برگزارکننده در مورد مدت زمان تمرین بنا به برنامه ی مسابقات برای هر روز تصمیم می گیرد. در دیگر مسابقات مدت زمان تمرین حداکثر 45 دقیقه می باشد اما ممکن است کمتر شود ، و مسابقات در سریع ترین زمان ممکن شروع می شود .

3.22.1.1 During the Olympic Games, World Archery Championships (including Youth Championships) and World Cup Events, athletes and team officials must dress in professional looking sports clothing on the field of play.
• All members of 1 team by category must be dressed in the same team uniform. The men’s and women’s teams of 1 country may wear different design and colour uniforms. Team officials may wear a different style but should wear the same colours and should be easily identified as the official of their team;
• Women are required to wear dresses, skirts, divided skirts or shorts (these may not be shorter than the athlete’s fingertips when the arms and fingers are extended at the athlete’s side) or trousers (slacks), and blouses or tops (covering the front and back of the body, be fixed over each shoulder while still covering the midriff when she is at full draw);
• Men are required to wear trousers or shorts (these may not be shorter than the athlete’s fingertips when the arms and fingers are extended at the athlete’s side) and long or short sleeved shirts (covering the midriff when at full draw); No denim or jeans may be worn nor any oversize or baggy type pants or shorts;
• During the Team match play competition the same colour and style shirt/blouse/top and the same colour and style pants/shorts/skirts must be worn;
• Due to weather conditions, protective clothing such as sweaters, track suits, lycra sport shirts, raingear, etc. may be worn following approval by the Technical Delegate of the event or, in his absence, the Chairperson of the Tournament Judge Commission;
• Headwear is optional.

• مرد ان ممکن است شلوار یا شلوارک بپوشند (اما نباید کوتاه تر از سرانگشتان زمان که دستها کنار بدن است ، باشد ) . تی شرت آستین بلند یا کوتاه بپوشند ( قسمت پایینی بدن را زمانی که دستها بالا می رود . پوشانیده باشد ). شلوار کتان یا جین نباید باشد و نباید سایز بزرگر از حد معمول یا شلوار و شلوارک بگی باشد .
• در طول مسابقات تیمی ورزشکاران باید لباس و شلوار با طراحی و رنگ متحد بپوشند .
• بنا به شرایط آب و هوایی پوشیدن سوئت شرت ، کاپشن ، بارانی یا هر چیزی که ازنظر کمیته فنی مناسب باشد مجاز است .

6.1.4 A member of the Judges’ Committee (the “Judge Observer”) will be present on the competition venues of all field at such of the World Championships and Continental Championships or Games as may from time to time be selected by the Judges Committee as an observer in order to study judging procedures and World Archery Judges’ performances. These duties will be carried out in co-operation with the chairperson of the Tournament Judge Commission. The access to the competition area for the Judge Observer will be agreed with the Technical Delegate, the chairperson of the Tournament Judge Commission and the chairperson of the Organising Committee. The members of the Judges’ Committee are allowed as observers at the competition venues of the World Ranking Tournaments and all other FITA recognised events.

In the Elimination and Finals of the Olympic Round, the value of the arrows will be determined and recorded by the Spotter and the Scorer in the order they are shot. These unofficially recorded values will be checked by the agents if required when the official scoring takes place at the target. The agent of the opposing athlete/team will check the value of close arrows on the opponent’s targets. In case of disagreement between the 2 athletes’ agents or when the Target Judge has observed that a flagrant error has been made, the assigned Target Judge makes the final decision. To verify the scores the Target Judge calls the arrow scores in descending order at the target, and he will. The Scorer and the athlete’s agent check the correctness of the arrow scores in the target on the scorecards. The Target Judge must sign any changed score.
در رقابتهاي تيمي حذفي امتياز مجموع امتیازات هر تيم به صورت نزولي خواهد بود. هر تیراندازی (حتی همه تیم ) مي تواند به سوي سيبل برود اما تنها بايد يك نفر براي هر تيم امتيازات را می خواند و یکی از اعضای تيم حريف امتيازات را چك خواهد كرد و در صورت عدم توافق داور را صدا ميكنند تا تصمیم نهایی را اعلام کند .

7.2.1 Target Faces.
• There are 4 outdoor target faces:
• The 122cm face, 122cm in diameter;
• The 80cm face, 80cm in diameter;
• The 80cm 6-ring face (for multiple set-up with score zones 5-10);
• The 80cm 5-ring face (for multiple set-up with score zones 6-10) (This face will
be removed after 1 January 2015);
Only those faces produced by a manufacturer licensed by FITA will be used at FITA
competitions.
7.2.1.1 Description:
The 122cm and 80cm faces are divided into 5 concentric colour zones arranged from the centre outwards as follows: gold (yellow), red, light blue, black and white. (There are no dividing lines between light blue and black, nor between black and white). Each colour is divided by a thin line into 2 zones of equal width thus making 10 scoring zones of equal width when measured from the centre of the gold:
•6.lcm on the 122cm target face;
•4cm on the 80cm target face.
The dividing lines will be entirely within the higher scoring zone in each case. The line marking the outermost edge of the white will be made entirely within the scoring zone. The width of the thin dividing line and the outermost line will not exceed 2mm on the 122cm or the 80cm target faces. The centre of the target face is termed the “pinhole” and will be indicated by a small “x” (cross). The lines of the cross will not exceed 1mm in width or 4mm in length. An inner 10 ring, (which is marked as an X on the score cards) of 6.lcm in diameter for the 122cm target face and 4cm in diameter for the 80cm target face, is required to help determine ties in ranking.
• 80cm-6 ring face may be used at 50m, 40m and 30m. (The triangular multiple set-up is mandatory for World Archery Championships at 50m and 30m). The rings have the same Dimensions as the 80cm faces, but with the 4 to 1 scoring zones removed. The lowest scoring zone is the light blue 5.
• 80cm-5 ring target faces may be used at the 30m distance. (The triangular multiple set up is mandatory for World Archery Championships). The rings have the same dimensions as the 80cm faces, but with the 5 to 1 scoring zones removed. The lowest scoring zone is the light blue 6.
7.2 تجهيزات برگزاري :

7.2.1.1پنج نوع face مخصوص مسابقات خارج از سالن در فيتا وجود دارد :
• فیس داراي شعاع cm 122

• فیس داراي شعاع cm 80 ، 6 حلقه ای ( برای نصب مثلثی با امتیاز 5 تا 10 )
• فیس داراي شعاع cm 80 (6 تا 10 امتیازی ) این فیس ها در ژانویه سال 2015 حذف خواهد شد
7.2.1.1 توضیحات :
فیس های 122 سانتی متری به 5 رنگ دایره های متحدالمرکز تقسیم می شود که از مرکز به بیرون به رنگهای طلایی ( زرد ) ، قرمز ، آبی روشن ، سیاه و سفید است . در فیس های 80 سانتی تا رنگ آبی وجود دارد .
هر رنگ بوسیله یک خط باریک از رنگ بعدی جدا شده ضمنا هيچ مرزي بين آبي روشن وسیاه ، سياه و سفيد وجود ندارد . هر رنگي توسط يك خط باريك به دو بخش مساوي تقسيم ميشود تا منطقه هاي 10 امتيازي داراي پهناي مساوي از مركز طلايي تشكيل دهند.
• Cm1/6 در فیس cm122
• Cm 4 در فیس cm80
خطهاي حائل در هر مورد در بالاترين قسمت امتياز قرار ميگيرند . خطي كه بيروني ترين لبه قسمت سفيد را نشان ميدهد داخل منطقه امتياز قرار خواهد گرفت . پهناي خط حائل در فيس هاي cm 80 و cm 122 بيش از mm2 نيست. مركز فيس بايك سوراخ كوچك يا يك Xكوچك نشان داده ميشود. خطهاي X از پهنا بيش از يك ميلي متر و بيش از 4 ميلي متر از طول نيستند. درون حلقه امتیاز 10 منطقه قرار دارد ( كه به صورت X در كارت ثبت امتياز نشان داده ميشود براي کمک به تعیین امتیازات برابر در رده بندی ضروری می باشد)
• بعلاوه فیس cm80 در 6 حلقه ای ممكن است در دوره 30 ، 40 و 50 متري استفاده می شود . (ترتيب چند تايي مثلثي 50 متر و 30 متر براي رقابتهاي قهرماني جهاني فيتا اجباري است.) اندازه این فیس ها مانند فیس 80 سانتی متری استاندارد است اما فقط از امتیاز 1تا 4 حذف شده و آخرین امتیاز آن آبی امتیاز 5 است
• فیس cm80
در 6 حلقه ای ممكن است در دوره30 متري استفاده می شود . (ترتيب چند تايي
مثلثي براي رقابتهاي قهرماني جهاني فيتا اجباري است.) اندازه این فیس ها
مانند فیس 80 سانتی متری استاندارد است اما فقط از امتیاز 1تا 5 حذف شده و
آخرین امتیاز آن آبی امتیاز 6 است.

در زماني كه از Face هاي مثلثي و يا4 تايي (5 یا 6 حلقه ای ) در مسافت های 30 ، 40 ، 50 متر بروي سيبل استفاده ميشود بالاترين فاصله مرکزface تا زمين بايد Cm 172 باشد و كمترين فاصله از مركز face پايين بايد تازمين cm90 باشد .اختلاف مجاز برای فاصله بین منطقه امتیازی 2فیس در ارتفاع یکسان 2سانتی متر 10 سانتی متر است. و نصب 4 تایی فیس ها ، روی فوم های دایره ای ممنوع است .

7.2.3.2 Each butt will have a target number. These numbers will be 30cm tall (for Outdoor Rounds) and a minimum 15cm (for Indoor Rounds) with black figures on a yellow background, alternating with yellow figures on a black background (e.g. no. 1 black on yellow, no. 2 yellow on black, etc.). Target numbers will be fixed above or below the centre of each target butt, so they are clear of the target face.

7.2.4.2 The following equipment can be used:
•Lights;
- The colours of the lights will be red, yellow and green in that order with the red at the top. The lights must be synchronized and at no time will 2 different colours be on at the same time. In Championships, the lights must be linked with the acoustic equipment so that the first sound of the acoustic equipment is simultaneous with the light turning red and the digital clock reaching zero.
•Digital Clocks;
- When timing is controlled by the use of digital clocks the figures on the clock will be a minimum of 20cm in height and must be able to be clearly read at a distance of 100m. They must be able to be stopped and reset very quickly as and when required. The clock must function on a countdown principle. All other requirements will be the same as for lights.
- When digital clocks are used, lights are not mandatory.
- If both systems are used they must be synchronized. If there is a discrepancy the digital clock takes precedence.
•The visual signals are to be placed on both sides of the field and, if necessary, in a clear lane between target butts, at any distance shorter than 30m, so they are visible to all athletes, both left and right-handed, on the shooting line;
•Match play indicators;
- When shooting the alternating match play there will be separate green/red lights, countdown clocks, or other visual signals for each athlete to indicate whose turn it is to shoot.
•Emergency Equipment.
- When the time limit is controlled by electrical equipment, plates, flags or other manual indicators must be available in case the electrical equipment fails. Lights or digital clocks and emergency equipment are mandatory for Championships (Book 1, article 3.1).
- When the time limit is controlled manually by means of plates, these are a minimum of 120cm by 80cm in size. They must be securely mounted to resist any wind and must be easy to turn quickly to show either side. 1 side of each plate will be have 20-25cm wide stripes alternating in black green and yellow. The stripes will be at an angle of about 45 degrees to the ground. The the reverse side of each plate will be all yellow.
7.5.6.2 When the shooting is controlled by plates: 2 plates are essential in the clear lane displayed so that the same side of the plates (all yellow or black/yellow stripes green) is displayed seen simultaneously to on both men and women athletes sides of the field. The BLACK and YELLOW striped side will be turned towards the athletes as a warning that only 30 seconds are left of the time limit. The YELLOW GREEN side of the plate will be turned toward the athletes at all other times.

• علامتهاي بصري در هر دو طرف زمين قرار خواهد گرفت اگرلازم باشد در بین فاصله مشخص بين حد فاصل سیبل ها ی هدف مردان و زنان نیز نصب خواهد شده . بنابراين دو گروه ورزشكاران راست دست و چپ دست قادر به ديدن آن مي باشند. اين علامتها جلوي خط آتش در هر طرف زمين و در فاصله كمتر از 30متر نصب شده است به طوريكه براي تمامي ورزشكارن روي خط آتش قابل ديدن مي باشد.
• در مسابقه فینال که تیراندازی به صورت متناوب انجام می گیرد ساعت شمارش معكوس يا سایر علائم ديگر باید برای هر تیرانداز جدا گانه باشد تا زمان تیراندازی هر تیرانداز را نشان دهد.
• تجهيزات اضطراري :
وقتي زمان با وسايل الكتريكي كنترل ميشوند ، صفحه ها، پرچم يا وسايل ساده دستي ديگر براي در دسترس باشد تا هنگام خرابي وسايل الكتريكي مورد استفاده قرار گیرد ، ساعتها ديجيتال و وسايل اضطراري در قهرمانی جهان اجباري هستند.
وقتي زمان به طور دستي با صفحه كنترل مي شود سايز اين صفحات نبايد از 120 × 80 سانتي متر كوچكتر باشند. آنها بايد طوري نصب شوند كه در مقابل باد مقاوم باشند و این صفحات دارای راه های به رنگ سبز زرد و سیاه است عرض هر رنگ 20 تا 25 است که یک در میان . با زاويه ای 45 درجه از زمين روی صفحه هستند. طرف دیگر آن کاملا زرد است .

7.7.2.5 شركت كننده اي كه پس از شروع مسابقه برسد در تعداد تيرهايي كه زده شده را از دست ميدهد مگر اينكه رئیس کمیته داوران مسابقه یا نماینده او مسئول کنترل مسابقه متقاعد شود كه تاخير تیرانداز عمدي نبوده و بنابر دلايلي غير ارادي بوده است. در اين شرايط تیرانداز اجازه خواهد داشت تعداد تيرهاي از دست داده را بعد از اينكه تیراندازی در آن مسافت تمام شد جبران كند اما تحت هيچ شرايطي بيشتر از 12 تير نخواهد بوداین قانون در مورد مسابقات حذفی صادق نمی باشد.

8.2.1 Target Faces
There are 10 indoor target faces:
• The 60cm diameter face;
• The 60cm triangular triple face;
• The 60cm vertical triple face;
• The 40cm diameter face;
• The 40cm triangular triple face;
• The 40cm vertical triple face
• The 40cm-R triangular triple face;
• The 40cm-C triangular triple face;
• The 40cm-R vertical triple face;
• The 40cm-C vertical triple face.
Only those Indoor target faces produced by a manufacturer licensed by FITA will be used at FITA competitions. 8.2.1.1 Description:
Target face, see drawing Appendix 1.
The 60cm and 40cm faces are divided by a thin line into 5 concentric colour zones arranged from the centre outwards as follows: gold (yellow), red, light blue, black and white (there are no dividing lines between light blue and black; nor between black and white). Each colour is divided by a thin line into 2 zones of equal width thus making in all 10 scoring zones of equal width when measured from the centre of the gold:
• 3cm on the 60cm target face;
• 2cm on the 40cm target face.
The dividing lines, and any dividing lines which may be used between colours, will be entirely within the higher zone in each case. The line marking the outermost edge of the white will be made entirely within the scoring zone. The width of the thin dividing lines and the outermost line will not exceed 2mm on both the 60cm and 40cm target faces. The centre of the target face is termed the "pinhole" and will be indicated by a small cross "x". The lines of the cross will not exceed 1mm in width and 4mm in length. For the Compound Division an inner 10-ring of 3cm in diameter for the 60cm target faces and 2cm in diameter for the 40cm target faces is required. In addition triple faces as follows may be used. (For the Indoor Match Round the 40cm triple face will be used. Vertical R and C triple faces are mandatory for the World Archery Indoor Championships).
There is a distinction between regular triple faces and Recurve (R) and Compound (C) 40cm triple faces. The 40cm triple face (both triangular and vertical) will differ in the size of the 10 ring: the 40cm-R has a 40mm 10 ring, the 40cm-C has a 20mm 10 ring and the combined triple face has the two 10-rings. They have the same dimensions as the FITA 60cm and 40cm faces respectively, but with the 5 to 1 scoring zones removed. The lowest scoring zone is therefore Light Blue 6. Each set consists of 3 small faces on a white background arranged symmetrically in a triangular pattern with the centres respectively bottom left, at the apex, and at the bottom right, or in a vertical row. The centres of the golds will be approximately 32cm distant from each other on 60 cm faces and 22cm distant from each other on 40cm faces.
8.2.1.3 Tolerance of Measurements. The target face will be measured using the diameter of each separate circle enclosing each of the 10 scoring zones. The tolerance of each diameter will not exceed ±1mm for the scoring zones 10, 9 and 8 and ±2mm for the other scoring zones when measured through the centre. Zone

8.6.5.1 For ties occurring in all rounds, except for those ties as set out in article 8.6.5.2.
• Individuals and Teams:
- Greatest number of 10's (inner 10’s for Compound);
- Greatest number of 9's;
- After this, athletes still tied will be declared equal; but for position in the
match play chart a disk toss will decide the position of those declared
equal.

8.2.1.1 توضیحات
صفحه هاي 40 و 60 سانتي متري بوسيله يک خطوط نازکی به پنج دايره متحدالمرکز رنگي تقسيم مي شوند که به ترتيب از مرکز به طرف خارج به اين شرح است: طلايي (زرد) – قرمز – آبي روشن – سياه و سفيد (خط جداکننده اي بين آبي روشن و سياه و همينطور بين سياه و سفيد وجود ندارد) هر رنگ بوسيله يک خط نازکتر به دو بخش با عرض مساوي تقسيم می شود. بنابراين ده منطقه امتيازي از مرکز با عرضهاي مساوي وجود دارد.
• 3 سانتي متر در فیس 60 سانتي متري
• 2 سانتي متر در فیس 40 سانتي متري
اين خطوط جداکننده که بین رنگها بکار رود کاملا درون منطقه بالايي قرار دارد . خط نشان دهنده حاشيه بيروني دايره سفيد کاملا درون منطقه امتيازي است . عرض خطوط جداکننده و خط بيروني در هر دو فیس 40 و 60 سانتيمتري از2 ميلي متر تجاوز نخواهد کرد . مرکز فیس pinhole) ) ناميده و با يک x کوچک نشان داده مي شود . عرض خطوطx از يک ميلي متر و طول آن از 4 ميلي متر تجاوز نخواهد کرد . در بخش کامپوند ده مرکز به قطر 3 سانتي متر در فیس های 60 سانتي متري و قطر 2 سانتي متر در فیس های 40 سانتي متري مورد نیاز است.

وجه تمایز فیس های 40 سانتی متری معمولی با فیس های ریکرو و کامپوند در اندازه 10 فیس ها می باشد . (در هر دو مدل سه تایی مثلثی و سه تایی عمودی ، در فیس 40 سانتی متری – ریکرو ، قطر 10 ، 40 میلی متر و در فیس 40 سانتی متری –کامپوند ، قطر 10 ، 20 میلی متر است . و در فیس های ترکیبی 2 دایره 10 دارد .
آنها به ترتيب ابعاد يکساني مانند سطوح 40 و 60 سانتي متري فيتا دارند. اما در منطقه امتيازي از 5 تا 1حذف شده بنابراين پايين ترين منطقه امتياز، آبي روشن (6) مي باشد. هر فیس متشکل است از سه فیس کوچک بر روي يک زمينه سفيد که به طور متقارن به شکل يک مثلث يا در يک رديف عمودي قرار گرفته اند. مراکز دايره ها در فیس های 60 سانتي متري تقريبا 32 سانتي متر و در فیس های 40 سانتي متري تقريبا 22 سانتي متر از هم فاصله دارند
8.2.1.3 اختلاف مجاز در اندازه گيري ها
صفحه هدف با استفاده از قطر هر دايره كه هر كدام 10 منطقه امتيازي را احاطه كرده اند اندازه گيري مي شود. اختلاف مجاز در مناطق 8 ، 9 ،10 بيش از mm1± و ديگر مناطق بيش از mm2± نيست كه همگي از مركز اندازه گيري مي شوند.

8.6.5.1 براي تساوي در كليه مراحل غير از موارد ذکر شده در بند 8.6.5.2 به صورت ذیل عمل می شود :
• انفرادي و تيمي
- بیشترین تعداد 10 (برای کامپوند فقط 10 مرکز محاسبه می شود)
- بیشترین تعداد 9
- بعد از آن اگر شركت كنندگان باز هم مساوي بودند ، تساوي آنها اعلام مي شود اما به منظور رده بندي براي ورود به دور حذفي و موقعيت آن در نمودار مسابقه در نهايت به طور تصادفی انتخاب می شوند .

When using a triangular multiple-centre face (5 or 6 ring) set-up at
50m, 40m and 30m or the 4-centre face setup the maximum distance above
the ground of the centre of the upper face(s) will be 172cm and the
minimum distance above the ground of the centre of the lower faces will
be 90cm. The minimum distance between the scoring zones of 2 faces at
the same height will be 2cm 10cm. The 4-centre face setup cannot be used
on round butts.

Target numbers will be fixed above or below the centre of each target butt, so they are clear of the target face.

7.2.4.2 The following equipment can be used:
•Lights;
- The colours of the lights will be red, yellow and green in that order with the red at the top. The lights must be synchronized and at no time will 2 different colours be on at the same time. In Championships, the lights must be linked with the acoustic equipment so that the first sound of the acoustic equipment is simultaneous with the light turning red and the digital clock reaching zero.
•Digital Clocks;
- When timing is controlled by the use of digital clocks the figures on the clock will be a minimum of 20cm in height and must be able to be clearly read at a distance of 100m. They must be able to be stopped and reset very quickly as and when required. The clock must function on a countdown principle. All other requirements will be the same as for lights.
- When digital clocks are used, lights are not mandatory.
- If both systems are used they must be synchronized. If there is a discrepancy the digital clock takes precedence.
•The visual signals are to be placed on both sides of the field and, if necessary, in a clear lane between target butts, at any distance shorter than 30m, so they are visible to all athletes, both left and right-handed, on the shooting line;
•Match play indicators;
- When shooting the alternating match play there will be separate green/red lights, countdown clocks, or other visual signals for each athlete to indicate whose turn it is to shoot.
•Emergency Equipment.
- When the time limit is controlled by electrical equipment, plates, flags or other manual indicators must be available in case the electrical equipment fails. Lights or digital clocks and emergency equipment are mandatory for Championships (Book 1, article 3.1).
- When the time limit is controlled manually by means of plates, these are a minimum of 120cm by 80cm in size. They must be securely mounted to resist any wind and must be easy to turn quickly to show either side. 1 side of each plate will be have 20-25cm wide stripes alternating in black green and yellow. The stripes will be at an angle of about 45 degrees to the ground. The the reverse side of each plate will be all yellow.

7.7.2.5
An athlete arriving after shooting has started will forfeit the number
of arrows already shot, unless the Chair of Tournament Judges
Commission, or his designee, Director of Shooting is satisfied that the
athlete was delayed by circumstances beyond his control. In this case
the athlete will be allowed to make up the lost arrows after the
distance then being shot is completed, but in no circumstances may that
be more than 12 arrows. It is not possible for an athlete to make up
arrows in the Olympic or Compound Match Round.
7.7.2.5 شركت كننده اي كه پس از شروع مسابقه برسد در تعداد تيرهايي كه زده شده را از دست ميدهد مگر اينكه رئیس کمیته داوران مسابقه یا نماینده او مسئول کنترل مسابقه متقاعد شود كه تاخير تیرانداز عمدي نبوده و بنابر دلايلي غير ارادي بوده است. در اين شرايط تیرانداز اجازه خواهد داشت تعداد تيرهاي از دست داده را بعد از اينكه تیراندازی در آن مسافت تمام شد جبران كند اما تحت هيچ شرايطي بيشتر از 12 تير نخواهد بوداین قانون در مورد مسابقات حذفی صادق نمی باشد.

7.8.1.8.1
Un-sportsmanlike conduct shall not be tolerated. Such conduct by an
athlete or anyone deemed to be assisting an athlete shall result in
disqualification of the athlete or the person in question and may
further result in suspension from future events.
بروز رفتارهای غیر ورزشی ، غیرقابل تحمل است . زمانی که این رفتارها از یک ورزشکار یا هر شخص دیگری سر بزند ، نتیجه آن رد صلاحیت آن شخص بوده وممکن است از مسابقات آینده محروم گردد .
7.8.1.8.2
Anyone who alters without authorization, or falsifies, a score, or
knowingly has a score altered or falsified, shall be disqualified.

Arrows withdrawn from the target prior to the scores being confirmed by

If the team does not obey the yellow card (or light) and the athlete
shoots his arrow, the team will lose the highest scoring arrow for that
end. This violation will be notified by the judge raising a red card.

8.2.1 Target Faces
There are 10 indoor target faces:
• The 60cm diameter face;
• The 60cm triangular triple face;
• The 60cm vertical triple face;
• The 40cm diameter face;
• The 40cm triangular triple face;
• The 40cm vertical triple face
• The 40cm-R triangular triple face;
• The 40cm-C triangular triple face;
• The 40cm-R vertical triple face;
• The 40cm-C vertical triple face.
Only those Indoor target faces produced by a manufacturer licensed by FITA will be used at FITA competitions. 8.2.1.1 Description:
Target face, see drawing Appendix 1.
The 60cm and 40cm faces are divided by a thin line into 5 concentric colour zones arranged from the centre outwards as follows: gold (yellow), red, light blue, black and white (there are no dividing lines between light blue and black; nor between black and white). Each colour is divided by a thin line into 2 zones of equal width thus making in all 10 scoring zones of equal width when measured from the centre of the gold:
• 3cm on the 60cm target face;
• 2cm on the 40cm target face.
The dividing lines, and any dividing lines which may be used between colours, will be entirely within the higher zone in each case. The line marking the outermost edge of the white will be made entirely within the scoring zone. The width of the thin dividing lines and the outermost line will not exceed 2mm on both the 60cm and 40cm target faces. The centre of the target face is termed the "pinhole" and will be indicated by a small cross "x". The lines of the cross will not exceed 1mm in width and 4mm in length. For the Compound Division an inner 10-ring of 3cm in diameter for the 60cm target faces and 2cm in diameter for the 40cm target faces is required. In addition triple faces as follows may be used. (For the Indoor Match Round the 40cm triple face will be used. Vertical R and C triple faces are mandatory for the World Archery Indoor Championships).
There is a distinction between regular triple faces and Recurve (R) and Compound (C) 40cm triple faces. The 40cm triple face (both triangular and vertical) will differ in the size of the 10 ring: the 40cm-R has a 40mm 10 ring, the 40cm-C has a 20mm 10 ring and the combined triple face has the two 10-rings. They have the same dimensions as the FITA 60cm and 40cm faces respectively, but with the 5 to 1 scoring zones removed. The lowest scoring zone is therefore Light Blue 6. Each set consists of 3 small faces on a white background arranged symmetrically in a triangular pattern with the centres respectively bottom left, at the apex, and at the bottom right, or in a vertical row. The centres of the golds will be approximately 32cm distant from each other on 60 cm faces and 22cm distant from each other on 40cm faces.
8.2.1.3 Tolerance of Measurements. The target face will be measured using the diameter of each separate circle enclosing each of the 10 scoring zones. The tolerance of each diameter will not exceed ±1mm for the scoring zones 10, 9 and 8 and ±2mm for the other scoring zones when measured through the centre. Zone

8.6.5.1 For ties occurring in all rounds, except for those ties as set out in article 8.6.5.2.
• Individuals and Teams:
- Greatest number of 10's (inner 10’s for Compound);
- Greatest number of 9's;
- After this, athletes still tied will be declared equal; but for position in the
match play chart a disk toss will decide the position of those declared
equal.

8.2 تجهیزات برگزاری
8.2.1 صفحه هدف: (face )
شش نوع face مخصوص مسابقات داخل از سالن در فيتا وجود دارد :
• فیس شعاع cm 60
• فیس سه تایی مثلثی شعاع cm 60
• فیس سه تایی عمودی داراي شعاع cm 60
• فیس با شعاع cm 40
• فیس سه تایی مثلثی شعاع cm 40
• فیس سه تایی عمودی داراي شعاع cm 40
• فیس سه تایی مثلثی شعاع cm 40 (R)
• فیس سه تایی مثلثی شعاع cm 40 (C)
• فیس سه تایی عمودی شعاع cm 40 (R)
• فیس سه تایی عمودی شعاع cm 40 (C)
دررقابتهاي داخل سالن فيتا تنها فیس هایی مورد استفاده قرار مي گيرند که توسط توليد کننده اي که تحت لیسانس فیتا است ، توليد شده باشد.
8.2.1.1 توضیحات
صفحه هاي 40 و 60 سانتي متري بوسيله يک خطوط نازکی به پنج دايره متحدالمرکز رنگي تقسيم مي شوند که به ترتيب از مرکز به طرف خارج به اين شرح است: طلايي (زرد) – قرمز – آبي روشن – سياه و سفيد (خط جداکننده اي بين آبي روشن و سياه و همينطور بين سياه و سفيد وجود ندارد) هر رنگ بوسيله يک خط نازکتر به دو بخش با عرض مساوي تقسيم می شود. بنابراين ده منطقه امتيازي از مرکز با عرضهاي مساوي وجود دارد.
• 3 سانتي متر در فیس 60 سانتي متري
• 2 سانتي متر در فیس 40 سانتي متري
اين خطوط جداکننده که بین رنگها بکار رود کاملا درون منطقه بالايي قرار دارد . خط نشان دهنده حاشيه بيروني دايره سفيد کاملا درون منطقه امتيازي است . عرض خطوط جداکننده و خط بيروني در هر دو فیس 40 و 60 سانتيمتري از2 ميلي متر تجاوز نخواهد کرد . مرکز فیس pinhole) ) ناميده و با يک x کوچک نشان داده مي شود . عرض خطوطx از يک ميلي متر و طول آن از 4 ميلي متر تجاوز نخواهد کرد . در بخش کامپوند ده مرکز به قطر 3 سانتي متر در فیس های 60 سانتي متري و قطر 2 سانتي متر در فیس های 40 سانتي متري مورد نیاز است.
به علاوه فیس سه تایی به شرح زير به کار می روند در مسابقات داخل سالن، صفحه سه تایی40 سانتي متري استفاده مي شود.) فیس سه تایی عموديR و C در مسابقات جهاني داخل سالن اجباري است.)
وجه تمایز فیس های 40 سانتی متری معمولی با فیس های ریکرو و کامپوند در اندازه 10 فیس ها می باشد . (در هر دو مدل سه تایی مثلثی و سه تایی عمودی ، در فیس 40 سانتی متری – ریکرو ، قطر 10 ، 40 میلی متر و در فیس 40 سانتی متری –کامپوند ، قطر 10 ، 20 میلی متر است . و در فیس های ترکیبی 2 دایره 10 دارد .
آنها به ترتيب ابعاد يکساني مانند سطوح 40 و 60 سانتي متري فيتا دارند. اما در منطقه امتيازي از 5 تا 1حذف شده بنابراين پايين ترين منطقه امتياز، آبي روشن (6) مي باشد. هر فیس متشکل است از سه فیس کوچک بر روي يک زمينه سفيد که به طور متقارن به شکل يک مثلث يا در يک رديف عمودي قرار گرفته اند. مراکز دايره ها در فیس های 60 سانتي متري تقريبا 32 سانتي متر و در فیس های 40 سانتي متري تقريبا 22 سانتي متر از هم فاصله دارند
8.2.1.3 اختلاف مجاز در اندازه گيري ها
صفحه هدف با استفاده از قطر هر دايره كه هر كدام 10 منطقه امتيازي را احاطه كرده اند اندازه گيري مي شود. اختلاف مجاز در مناطق 8 ، 9 ،10 بيش از mm1± و ديگر مناطق بيش از mm2± نيست كه همگي از مركز اندازه گيري مي شوند.

در رشته کامپوند فقط به دایره ده مرکز امتیاز 10 تعلق میگیرد و به بقیه دایره های زرد امتیاز 9 تعلق می گیرد.
8.6.5.1 براي تساوي در كليه مراحل غير از موارد ذکر شده در بند 8.6.5.2 به صورت ذیل عمل می شود :
• انفرادي و تيمي
- بیشترین تعداد 10 (برای کامپوند فقط 10 مرکز محاسبه می شود)
- بیشترین تعداد 9
- بعد از آن اگر شركت كنندگان باز هم مساوي بودند ، تساوي آنها اعلام مي شود اما به منظور رده بندي براي ورود به دور حذفي و موقعيت آن در نمودار مسابقه در نهايت به طور تصادفی انتخاب می شوند .
